While staying with and working for their tourist-trap-running conman great-uncle Stan, twin siblings Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent to stay with their great-uncle during their summer vacation. While there, they have close encounters with the strange phenomena that lurk within the small Oregon community of Gravity Falls.
